Tabulee Salad

Serves 3

 

 

1 Cup SHIRAG brand Fine Bulgor
¾ Cup water
1 Cup finely chopped Parsley
1 Cup diced tomatoes
½ Cup peeled and diced cucumber
¼ Cup diced green bell pepper
½ Cup olive oil
¼ Cup lemon juice
1 tbsp finely chopped mint
1 tsp salt
In a bowl combine water and SHIRAG brand Fine Bulgor.
Let stand until water is absorbed
(about 20 min.).

In a salad bowl mix all the ingredients untill the dressing is well distrubuted.
Alow 15 min. before serving.
